Mr. Jensen is
the co-founder and Portfolio
Manager at T Squared
Partners LLC ("TSP"). TSP is
a fundamentally-oriented
private investment firm
focusing on special
situation and deep value
public and private
companies. T Squared
Partners is focused on
investing via equity and
debt structures for
companies that are looking
to expand in their industry
all while focused on
increasing shareholder
value. As a shareholder TSP
is constantly monitoring and
assisting its portfolio
companies to further
increase the value for all
shareholders.
Prior to TSP,
Mr. Jensen was a Principal
at Barron Partners where
they grew the fund from
~$135 million to ~$240
million in assets (pre
distributions) in a little
over two years. While at the
fund he invested in over
twenty-five structured
transactions for profitable
nano / micro-cap companies
and also assisted numerous
companies through the going
public process (self
underwritings, shells,
form-10 shells, etc). Mr.
Jensen also helped his
portfolio companies through
many strategic initiatives
including AMEX listings,
acquisitions, strategic sale
of their business and
overall business
developments.
Prior to
Barron, Mr. Jensen was a
member of Citigroup’s
Private Equity Placements
Group focused on structuring
PIPEs, Private Equity and
Mezzanine Debt for public
and private companies. Mr.
Jensen focused on all
industry groups including
Resources, Technology,
Media, Consumer, and
Financial Services.
Before
joining Citigroup, Mr.
Jensen was at Putnam Lovell
NBF where he focused on
mergers and acquisitions,
secondary offerings and
compensation restructurings
for public and private
financial institutions and
financial technology
businesses.
During his
time in Australia, Mr.
Jensen worked for BNP
Paribas in their equity
research division in Sydney
covering consumer, apparel
and food & beverage
companies. Mr. Jensen also
worked for MarketXT, a start
up Electronic Communications
Network ("ECN") in New York,
where he focused on
developing their
international client
relationships.
Mr. Jensen
has been a speaker and
panelist at various
conferences regarding
investment valuation, the
PIPEs marketplace and
reverse merger industry
where he has been asked to
provide insight into the
dynamic environment and its
effect on the overall
industry.
Mr. Jensen
graduated from the Kelley
School of Business at
Indiana University with a BA
in Finance and International
Studies with a focus on
Business. Mr. Jensen also
studied in Sydney Australia
through Boston University
completing his International
Studies degree with a focus
on East Asian culture and
